PUBG MOBILE LITE UPDATE: Finally Gets 4v4 Team Deathmatch Mode

PUBG MOBILE LITE Finally Gets 4v4 Team Deathmatch Mode

Tencent and PUBG Corp added 4v4 Team Deathmatch to PUBG MOBILE earlier this year, and now it’s finally coming to PUBG MOBILE LITE.

The new game mode will allow players to engage in a much smaller scale battle. The goal is still the same though – best your opponents and come out on top. The challenge may not be drastically decreased. It will at least give players a lot less enemies to deal with at once though.

The new mode is part of the game’s latest content update and should have already rolled out to anyone with the game installed. If it hasn’t shown up yet, give it time and things should appear soon enough.

PUBG MOBILE LITE 4v4 matches take place on the Compact Warehouse map
4v4 matches are smaller. As such, the map that you play them on is smaller too. The idea is to force engagement in a more compact area.

With this, players should feel like matches have a little more intensity at times as you will likely come across players more often. So long as you’re moving around enough.

As with any team deathmatch mode in any game, you’ll be able to respawn as many times as you like in a match. The goal isn’t elimination here. The goal is to get as many points as possible before the match ends.

Generally, you’ll get more points as long as your team has the most kills. So strive for that and see how things go.

A new mode is joined by new weapons and changes to social features
4v4 matches come with some other new content for players. Namely new weapons to acquire as they’re meant to be used in the new 4v4 Team Deathmatch mode. They can be used in all maps though.

There are two new weapons in total. Those weapons include the MK47 Rifle, and the Scorpion, which is a fully automatic 9mm pistol with 20 rounds. There are also two new scopes to use which can be attached to SMGs, as well as most assault rifles and sniper rifles.

There’s a 3x scope and 6x scope, allowing you to get just a little more range on whatever you weapon you attach it to.

Aside from the new gear, map, and mode, there are some overall system updates that were made. In particular, the new Clan feature which can be accessed from the chat channel. Players will also notice winter-themed content throughout the game and on the main menu.
